10 Sep Do you want to join the Support Crew for Aarhus Symposium 2016?

We are currently looking for new organisers to take part in our Support Crew.

As part of the Support Crew, you will experience Aarhus Symposium from the inside during the most eventful and active months of the year. If you want to join an ambitious student organisation, and if you are also interested in becoming part of the Organising Committee in 2017, please send an e-mail with your CV and a short motivational letter to: mail@aarhus-symposium.org. Deadline is on September 18, 2016.

Do you want to become part of the Organising Committee for Aarhus Symposium 2016?

We are now recruiting ambitious and dedicated students to plan next year’s Aarhus Symposium. All students, regardless of study programme and year of studying, are recommended to apply.

Please note that the application deadline was November 15, 2015.

15 Oct Deadline for track prioritisation

We would kindly like to remind you that the deadline for track prioritisation is Sunday, October 25. Up to and including this day, you are able to add or change information on what track you would like to follow at Aarhus on November 6, 2015.

In order to add or change your track priorities, please enter your personal Aarhus Symposium profile through the link “Go to sign-up profile” in the confirmation email you received verifying your seat for Aarhus Symposium 2015. Once you have entered your profile, click on “Manage event attendance” at the bottom of the page, and thereby access the form for track prioritisation. Remember to click “Update your attendance” when you have added or changed your prioritisation. Importantly, if you are not able to attend Aarhus Symposium 2015 after all, please cancel your registration through your profile before Sunday, October 25.

16 Mar New members in the Executive Board of Aarhus Symposium

Last Friday, the Executive Board of Aarhus Symposium welcomed two new members; Ditlev Engel, Chairman of, among others, the green think tank Big Future 2025, SE Blue Renewables, and the Danish Green Investment Fund; and Philipp Schröder, Professor in Economics at the Department of Economics and Business at Aarhus University, Aarhus BSS.

Meanwhile, we say goodbye to Flemming Lindeløv, former CEO of Carlsberg A/S, and Carsten Tanggaard, Professor in Finance at the Department of Economics and Business at Aarhus University, who retire from the Executive Board after three years of operation. We highly appreciate their work and commitment to Aarhus Symposium, Aarhus BSS.

In order to ensure the future of Aarhus Symposium with continuous exchange of experiences and development, the Executive Board is comprised of individuals with extensive knowledge of the organisation’s objectives and activities.
