04 Nov “Go Green, Now?” Yes! – Get the key takeaways from Battle of the Economists 2015

80% of the debating students at Battle of the Economists 2015 declare their concern on the climate issue. And the concern goes even broader; it all comes down to a matter of resources. We must learn to do more with less!

Monday, November 2, 400 students met with Ditlev Engel, Chairman of board at Big Future 2025; Thomas Dalsgaard, Executive Vice President at DONG Energy; and Michael Svarer, Professor of Economics at Aarhus University, Aarhus BSS.

The debate started out with the question; is it time for Denmark to “Go Green, Now?”. However, it was quickly established that the question is rather “Go Green, How?”. The green transition in Denmark is already in progress; but who should drive it and with what means?
Read the key takeaways from Battle of the Economists 2015 here, and find out how leaders of tomorrow stand on this complex matter.
