Become an Organiser
Every year, we gather ambitious students who are eager to take on the challenge of hosting the largest leaders’ conference in the North. We are seeking the most driven, proactive, and forward-thinking individuals who aspire to develop both personally and professionally through real-world responsibility
As part of the Organising Committee, you will work closely with peers from diverse academic backgrounds, combining your skills and perspectives to create an exceptional event experience. Cross-functional collaboration will be essential, and we value individuals who can communicate clearly, take initiative, and contribute positively across the organisation.
This is a unique opportunity to strengthen your leadership abilities, build a strong professional network, and gain hands-on experience in project management, stakeholder relations, and event execution. Each year, Aarhus Symposium builds upon more than a decade of legacy. A legacy shaped by dedicated students, inspiring leaders, and bold ideas. What began as a vision to bridge students and decision-makers has grown into the largest leaders’ conference in Northern Europe.
As we move towards a new chapter at the Aarhus BSS Campus 2.0, we carry with us the spirit, ambition, and lessons of those who came before us. This transition is more than a change in location – it is an opportunity to reimagine what Aarhus Symposium can be. By honoring our history while embracing innovation, we strive to create an even stronger platform for dialogue, inspiration, and impact.
As an Organiser, you will gain access to a wide array of companies relevant for your future career. You will collaborate with our partners in a professional setting, gaining insight into processes essential for the successful execution of Aarhus Symposium. From corporate communication and logistics to strategy and experience design, you will be exposed to the inner workings of a high-profile event and contribute meaningfully at every stage.
We are looking for individuals who:
• Take responsibility and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Work well in teams and contribute with energy, ideas, and dedication
• Have strong organisational and communication skills
• Are motivated by learning, improving, and challenging themselves
• Are ready to commit time and effort to a purpose bigger than themselves
If you want to leave your mark on a legacy that continues to shape tomorrow’s leaders now is your moment. Join us in creating Aarhus Symposium 2026 and help write the next chapter in this remarkable journey.
Positions are available in both the Marketing and Essentials group.
