Would you like to strengthen your professional skills and be part of a team creating one of Denmark’s most inspiring events? Are you motivated to work alongside ambitious students in a dynamic environment? This is your opportunity to join the Organising Committee for Aarhus Symposium 2025.

The Organising Committee is composed of dedicated student volunteers from various fields and study levels. Each year, we collaborate to take Aarhus Symposium to new heights, connecting today’s leaders with the leaders of tomorrow through an unforgettable event.

In your application, mention the three groups where you feel your skills and interests would be most valuable. Selected applicants will be invited for an interview in the following weeks.

THE AARHUS SYMPOSIUM ORGANISING COMMITTE


PROGRAMME GROUP

The Programme Group links organisers, speakers, and moderators, and is responsible for developing the programmes of Aarhus Symposium Focus and Aarhus Symposium.


BUSINESS RELATIONS

Business Relations generates funding for Aarhus Symposium through corporate partnerships to ensure the successful execution of the events.


MARKETING GROUP

The Marketing Group builds and promotes the Aarhus Symposium brand by developing marketing strategies and using online communication channels.


ESSENTIALS GROUP

The Essentials Group manages the planning and execution of Aarhus Symposium Focus and Aarhus Symposium. They also handle product partnerships and catering for participants.


BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Business Development drives innovation at Aarhus Symposium by shaping new directions. The group fosters change by questioning current methods and seeking smarter, better, and more efficient solutions.


FINANCE GROUP

The Finance Group manages the organisation’s finances, including drafting the budget with other groups and producing the annual report.


IT GROUP

The IT Group develops and maintains Aarhus Symposium’s IT systems, manages the official website, provides IT expertise, and offers technical support to the organisation.


UNIVERSITY ALLIANCES

The University Alliances Group raises awareness of Aarhus Symposium by forming and maintaining partnerships with student organisations from Scandinavian universities.
