Throughout her career, Afshan Khan’s work has brought individuals, organisations, and states together in pursuit of common goals to improve the lives of those most vulnerable. Her extensive experience includes leading UNICEF’s office of emergency operations and helping women in countries affected by war and conflict rebuild their lives. On several occasions, her vision of improving the lives of children everywhere has led her on field assignments in countries such as Kenya and Colombia. Consequently, following her vision has given Afshan Khan experience spanning from field work to strategic planning and fundraising.
