PRACTICAL INFORMATION FOR AARHUS SYMPOSIUM 2017

Tomorrow, Aarhus Symposium 2017 will take place. We would like to make sure that you have all the necessary practical information for your participation.

All participants have received a QR-code in an e-mail prior to the event. This is your ticket, so please have it ready when you arrive, either printed or digital on your phone.

The event takes place in the M- and S-building at Campus Fuglesangs Allé, Aarhus BSS. The doors open at 11.00 at the main entrance of the S-building. We recommend you to be there early in order to avoid queues. Please note that the doors close at precisely 11.45. You will have the opportunity to leave your coat free of charge in the wardrobe. The event finishes after a light dinner and networking at 20.00.
