Congratulations to Morten Thinggaard Pedersen on winning the Aarhus Symposium Award 2019!

His original, inspiring, and creative essay secured him the award along with 10,000 DKK and a Mont Blanc pen due to an extraordinary performance.

We also congratulate the runner-up, Markus Frank Thisted, for contributing with an innovative essay. Markus was rewarded with a set of handcrafted knives from the Ultimate Collection by Gastrotools.
