NEW BOARD MEMBERS
We are honoured to announce three new members of the Aarhus Symposium Board of Directors.
Henrik Lind holds an HD in Economics and Business Administration from Aarhus University. In 2004, Henrik founded the energy trading house Danske Commodities, and today he is the CEO in his holding company Lind Invest, which owns and have founded Lind Capital, a technology-driven trading company based in Aarhus.
Karina Schmitt Lund holds a Master’s Degree in Economics from Aarhus University and an MA in International Political Economy from the University of Warwick in the United Kingdom. Karina has previously worked as Managing Director at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in global fixed income. Prior to that, she was an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley in London. Karina is the founder and Senior Adviser at the management consulting firm, Athena.
Torben Magnus Andersen is a Professor of Economics at the Department of Economics at Aarhus University. Torben holds a Ph.D as Lic.oecon from Aarhus University, a Ph.D CORE from Université Catholíque in Belgium, and an M.Sc. from London School of Economics.
Furthermore, Kristina Risom Jespersen, Business Ambassador at the department of Economics at Aarhus University, who has been a member of the Aarhus Symposium Board of Directors since March 2018, has taken over the position as Chairman of the Board of Directors, replacing Michael Svarer.
