LARS FRELLE-PETERSEN – SPEAKER AT AARHUS SYMPOSIUM 2015

It is with great pleasure that we announce Lars Frelle-Petersen, Director General at Danish Agency for Digitisation, as a speaker at Aarhus Symposium 2015.

Lars Frelle-Petersen has spent most of his professional life as a front runner within the IT world, and in 2012 he was appointed director of the Agency for Digitisation after only 11 months in the position as Associate Director.

As Lars Frelle-Petersen perceives IT as an important opportunity, and to some extent also a challenge, he strives to refine the way we, the citizens, interact with the public sector. This includes improving the e-boks concept to automatically communicate with personal emails, and making the NemID platform increasingly competitive against alternative systems.

At Aarhus Symposium 2015, Lars Frelle-Petersen will contribute with key knowledge on how and why information and communication technology can provide important solutions to our society, as well as how society can be transformed most effectively while managing dilemmas imposed by digitisation itself.
